Our first Home Brew did not turn out as planed. We are not sure what exactly happened but after about two weeks, the beer smelled sour and tasted like dirty apple cider. I may have shocked or killed the yeast because I pitched it while the temperature was around 100 F. We tried pitching a second yeast a few days later, but still did not see any bubbles out of the air lock. So we are sad to loose our first batch, but have learned from the experience.
